Voodoo Lab Amp Selector ABY

Amp Selector ABY lets you alternate between two amplifiers or use both together. Isolated outputs, ground lifts and polarity inversion help balance your rig and address ground-loop hum and phase cancellation.

One guitar, two destinations

Amp Selector ABY lets you choose amplifier A, amplifier B or both together. It also works for combining a traditional amplifier with a modeler or splitting between performance and recording equipment. Use the Thru output for a tuner or DI.

Three ways to control your outputs

ABY mode provides conventional A/B switching and both outputs together. Direct Access gives independent on/off control of each output, while Exclusive alternates between destinations with one press. Choose the approach that fits your performance.

Two transformer-isolated outputs with individual ground lifts help break ground loops. Separate level controls balance amplifier volume, and polarity inversion can restore fullness when two signal paths cancel each other. An active buffer maintains the signal's ability to drive your cables, while Quiet Switching provides smooth changes.

Connect ABY to amplifier instrument inputs. It must not be used to switch amplifier speaker outputs.
