When do I have to pay import VAT and customs duties if I buy from These go to 11?

These go to 11 is an EU based company and all orders are shipped from our warehouse within the EU. When ordering from a country outside the EU, your local customs authority may charge import VAT, duty and administrative fees according to your country's regulations. These fees are beyond our control and are not included in the prices on tgt11.com.

For deliveries within the EU, all prices include VAT and no customs duties or additional import fees apply.


What happens if I don't pay the import duties?

If the fees are not paid, the carrier will return the package to us.
In these cases , the customer is responsible for return shipping and any fees charged by the carrier.


How do I pay import VAT and customs duties?
