Modular Degradation and Texture Engine
A modular degradation and texture engine packed with vintage nostalgia, the Meris Ottobit X takes the 80s gaming-inspired concept of the Ottobit Jr. and Ottobit even further. Expanded with advanced lo-fi sounds, real-time glitch manipulation, pitch processing, modulation, ambience, filtering, and expressive control, Ottobit X is your 80s dream, reborn.
Featuring a brand-new Glitch category, Ottobit X pushes real-time manipulation further than ever. Effects include Grain Freeze with enhanced response time and independent pitch control, a fully updated stereo Stutter engine, Push Looper, Wikki Wikki vinyl-style scratching, Tape Stop, and Stutter Step.
Pitch processing is equally deep, with five pitch-shifting modes including the new Otto Tune with integrated pitch correction. The modulation section includes a pitch-tracked AM/FM ring modulator, frequency shifter, sequenced tremolo, tape modulation, and Otto Vibe.
