Beetronics Tuna Trem

Beetronics Tuna Trem – Nine Modes of Analog Tremolo

From smooth vintage pulses to choppy rhythms and expressive volume swells, the Beetronics Tuna Trem packs nine distinct tremolo modes into a real tuna-can enclosure. A pedal with plenty of personality—and plenty of sounds to explore.

Its analog VCA circuit with digital control combines rich, organic tremolo with adventurous modulation patterns. Keep it classic with sine- and square-wave sounds, explore fragmented lo-fi textures and syncopated rhythms, or use the footswitch for volume swells and momentary kill-switch effects.

Simple Controls, Creative Possibilities

Select your mode with the Species control, then shape its response using Speed and Depth. The controls have mode-specific functions, while certain modes add footswitch-operated effects for hands-on performance.

Meet the Nine Species

• Surfer Bee: Smooth, classic sine-wave tremolo.
• Leafcutter Bee: Sharp, choppy square-wave tremolo.
• Bug Bee: Erratic, fragmented lo-fi modulation.
• Pecker Bee: Short bursts of repeating tremolo.
• Helicop Bee: Alternating strong and soft pulses.
• Jatai Bee: Off-beat, syncopated patterns.
• Orchid Bee: Textured patterns that gradually evolve.
• Sweller Bee: Volume swells triggered by holding the footswitch.
• Morse Bee: Momentary muting via the footswitch.

Whether you want a gentle pulse beneath your chords or a rhythmic effect that takes centre stage, the Tuna Trem brings movement, character and a fresh dose of Beetronics creativity to your pedalboard.
