Audiolithe FX The Empress Bass

The ultimate drive pedal for bass

From low to high gain, The Empress Bass delivers organic, touch-sensitive saturation with the grain and response of a real amplifier. Its advanced Blend and active 3-band EQ keep the sound powerful, defined and present in the mix.

From warm drive to heavy distortion

The Empress Bass responds naturally to your playing and covers everything from warm, dynamic overdrive to thick and aggressive distortion. The clean blend preserves the weight and definition of your bass while the drive circuit adds harmonics, compression and character.

Use X-FREQ to choose the crossover point and MIX to blend the clean low frequencies with the saturated signal. The result is a full and articulate bass tone without unwanted muddiness or loss of punch.

Shape your sound

• Drive: moves from warm overdrive to heavy distortion.
• X-FREQ: sets the crossover frequency.
• MIX: blends clean low end with the driven signal.
• Active 3-band EQ: controls bass, middle and treble.
