Mad Professor

Born in Finland in 2002, Mad Professor started as a collaboration between pedal designer Björn Juhl (BJFe) and music gear distributor Harri Koski. What began as a line of ultra-limited, hand-wired effects quickly gained cult status thanks to their exceptional tone and craftsmanship.

Early hits like the Deep Blue Delay, Sweet Honey Overdrive, and Little Green Wonder became instant classics, with players worldwide hunting them down.

To meet demand, Mad Professor introduced PCB versions of their most popular designs—offering the same sonic magic at a more accessible price point. This move helped them expand globally, landing on pedalboards everywhere from sweaty punk clubs to polished Nashville studios.

Today, Mad Professor is a modern boutique icon—still made in Finland, still chasing perfect tone.
