How to return an order
You always have a 14-day return policy , which means you can return your item within 14 days and get your money back.
How to make a return from the EU and Norway
- Send an email to info@tgt11.com
- In most cases, we will send you a shipping label for the return.
Return prices:
- EU: 250 SEK for pedal or smaller package
- Norway: NOK 300 + NOK 110 in customs duty
Packing
- Email us to confirm your return.
- Download the return form here and contact us if you need a DHL return label - we will email it to you for printing.
- Place the return form in the package, pack the item properly and attach the return label.
- Leave the package at the same place you picked it up, or at any DHL agent.
Remember that the box is part of the product . If we receive a damaged box, we will charge a fee of SEK 300. If the product is used or damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Once we have received your return, we will email you a confirmation – either if the refund has been made or if your exchange has been shipped.
Returns from other countries
- Download the return form and email it to info@tgt11.com or call +46 8 855903030 before sending the item back.
- If the item has passed through customs, you need to ensure that it is returned without additional fees.

You are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the item until it arrives. In the case of exchanges, we are responsible for the shipping back to you.
Please remember that the box is part of the product . If we receive a damaged box, we will charge a fee of 40 euros. If the product is used or damaged, we cannot accept the return.
Once we have received the return, we will email you a confirmation when the refund has been made or when we have sent your exchange item.
Refunds are made in the same way you paid. If you paid via cash on delivery, we need your bank details to deposit the money.
We do not reimburse shipping or invoice fees.
Complaints
If you need to complain about an item, we need to see it first to determine if it is a defect.
- Contact us and we will send you a return label and a shipping label for the return.
- Please first check that the problem is not due to cables or anything else in your setup.
If the product works as it should, we will charge a handling fee of SEK 200.
Refunds are always made in the same way you paid. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Complaints (other countries)
You have the right to claim manufacturing defects for up to 3 years . However, please note that it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between a manufacturing defect and normal wear and tear. We always need to see the product before we can determine if it is a valid claim.
Contact us and we will send you a return label and a shipping label. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs that you have paid for yourself.
We follow Swedish legislation and the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board's recommendations in disputes. Read more at www.konsumentverket.se .
Incorrect deliveries
Should we happen to send the wrong item – or if your package gets stuck somewhere along the way – we will of course do everything we can to resolve it quickly and smoothly.
Please note, however, that during weekends and public holidays we are sometimes unable to fix problems with our shipping partners.
Exception:
- Sale items
- Tubes, pickups
- Specially ordered products that we do not normally stock
- Trade-in deals
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sometimes there is only one item in stock, and the sale only applies to items in stock at the time of purchase. Some sale items may be demo items in good condition – please contact us if this is important to you.
Please note that companies within the EU that trade with VAT numbers cannot make returns, as it involves too much administrative work.
We are not responsible for any changes or updates you make to the products.
