The Patina PS-3 SL combines the unmistakable sound and feel of a classic double-cutaway guitar with premium modern appointments. Finished in striking Silver Metallic nitrocellulose lacquer, it delivers timeless styling, lightweight comfort, and the clarity and versatility players demand. From shimmering cleans and glassy chords to expressive leads and driven rhythms, the PS-3 SL is built to inspire.
Three pickups. Endless possibilities.
The classic SSS pickup configuration delivers the unmistakable snap, chime, and expressive in-between tones that have defined generations of guitar music. Custom-wound Alnico V single-coils provide clarity, bite, and dynamic response without harshness. From sparkling clean passages to punchy rhythm parts and singing lead lines, the PS-3 SL gives you the tonal flexibility to make every note count.
Silver Metallic with timeless appeal
The Silver Metallic nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives the PS-3 SL a distinctive look that balances understated elegance with unmistakable stage presence. Applied over a lightweight Paulownia body, the thin nitro finish allows the instrument to age naturally, developing character and individuality through years of playing.
A neck that feels like an old favourite
The quarter-sawn roasted maple neck features a smooth satin finish and a comfortable Modern C profile, offering a familiar feel from the first chord. A rosewood fingerboard with a 13.75-inch radius and 22 jumbo stainless steel frets provides smooth bends, comfortable chord work, and lasting durability. Luminescent side dots help you stay oriented when the stage lights go down.
Reliable performance, night after night
Locking tuners help maintain tuning stability through bends and energetic performances, while the tremolo bridge adds expressive vibrato when the music calls for it. A bone nut, quality chrome hardware, and carefully selected components complete an instrument designed for dependable performance in the studio, rehearsal room, and on stage.
“Vintage soul. Modern value.”
