With the new Austin Pride MKII we changed just a few things.
The transistor configuration is now two pairs of the greatest transistors in history. We found a lower gain BC183 wich offers a warm germanium like sound when cranking the level and driving the amp. On the other side we have a BC109 wich produce a very well known tone when talking the BAND of Gypsys. We also added a bit more bass responds. If you are not a big fan of too much bass, no problem! just dial in the "clean up" knob and your signal gets thinner.
