Baby Blue OD is an overdrive pedal that produces an original circuit and sound, and was the beginning of BJFE effects. This is a limited edition model decorated with the design style of BJFE, the legendary effects brand led by developer BJF, also known as Bjorn Juhl.

Initially, this pedal, which was given the model name "Fuzz1", was made with a discrete circuit that combined dynamic overdrive and fuzz. A pedal that can create the best sound not only with large output amplifiers, but also with small output amplifiers, and even at a "slightly lowered" volume that balances the band ensemble. An effector that can control from clean to drive. At that time, even if you searched the world, there was only such a pedal as "FUZZ1".

After being released as Baby Blue OD, this pedal was involved in a controversy. A premium guitar amplifier custom-made for top guitarists. Many discussions were held on the forum, saying that it resembled the tone of that "D" amplifier.

BJF himself had no intention of doing so. When I first saw a traditional American combo amplifier, I imagined what kind of sound it would produce. The Baby Blue OD was the embodiment of that imaginary sound.
No one knows if it was a coincidence or a necessity that the sound resembled the tone of the highest-end amp modified from an American amp. The original Baby Blue OD produced by BJF is made by hand using components including NOS parts.

One Control Baby Blue OD does not use NOS parts so that more players can get the sound. BJF himself selected it, actually played it, and repeatedly tested and listened until it was completely recognized as Baby Blue OD, and One Control Baby Blue OD was completed. It has a response and dynamics that allow you to control everything at your fingertips, while still allowing the player to feel that it is difficult to play. The edge of the harmonic components that surround the tone stands out, and yet each sound is clearly pronounced even in chords. It is an overdrive pedal that can create a sound that guitarists feel is truly comfortable, with an exquisite adjustment of the speed of sound, unique warmth, and everything else.

●Controls
VOLUME: Adjusts the overall volume.
DRIVE: A control that allows you to set various types of distortion, a wide range of gain, and sustain. A low setting results in a sensitive distortion pattern, while a high setting results in a more compressed and stable tone.
TREBLE: Adjusts the high-frequency components of the output signal. Treble response is high, and depending on the equipment, the minimum setting may provide the best balance. Start creating sounds around 2 o'clock and control using the entire knob.
