Mario Martin: The Man Behind the Guitars
From the honky-tonks of Georgia to the world’s biggest stages, Mario Martin has always been driven by a passion for music and craftsmanship. After years of performing alongside country legends, he turned his attention to building guitars—perfecting his craft at Gibson and Fender before launching his own brand.
In 2011, The Guitar Mill Custom Shop became known under the new brand Mario Guitars®, marking a turning point in his journey. Today, Mario Guitars® is synonymous with superior playability, lightweight resonance, and vintage-inspired artistry. Built by hand in Tennessee, these guitars have earned a place in the hands of top artists like Hunter Hayes and Brothers Osborne. And he builds parts for the famous Danocasters.
Mario Martin doesn’t just build guitars—he builds instruments that inspire.
