The guitar that Keith Richards liked so much he order two!
"My guitar model ”Arbolito” is the fusion between an electric guitar and my roots in acoustic blues and Hawaiian jazz.
I have always admired the look of old Hawaiian ukuleles and Weissenborn guitars.
I got hooked early on by Ry Cooder (and his Coodercaster), Gabby Pahinui and Flaco Jimenez.
The Chicken Skin album has become the reference both musically and aesthetically.
I decided to melt all my influences together, to make an electric guitar I'd like myself,
being an acoustic folk/hawaii/blues fingerpicker.
This is simply how my Swedish brain processed the sounds and images of places I've been and dreams i dreamt, Texmex, Hawaiian, sandblasted, sunbleached paint and wood left on the beach with cigarbuts and seashells, the smell of humidity and lemon/chlorine in the hotel room.. and so on…"
