- Manufactured: October 1955 (based on code)
- Power cord replaced by: John Olsson
- All tubes appear to be original except V3, which is a Groove Tubes
- Ground switch: Disconnected
- Electrolytic capacitors: Hard to determine if they’ve ever been replaced, but they appear to be original – see photos
- Condition: Some wear on the tweed under the amplifier, and the handle is worn but functional
