• Level: Controls overall output volume.
• Mix: Blends between the preamp stage (clean) and the harmonic distortion stage.
  • For bass: Set around 10 to 12 o’clock for a balanced tone.
  • For guitar: Higher mix + reduced drive = creamy overdrive.
• Drive: Adjusts preamp gain from unity to 100x (+40dB)—push it hard for rich harmonic textures.
• LF Retain: Enhances bass response by blending low frequencies from the preamp stage.
• Guitar/Bass Switch: Tweaks the treble roll-off to optimize for guitar or bass.
