FETTO Jr. 70

The FETTO Jr. 70 is based on an early FETTO design from 2006 (FETTO 11.1) and delivers a distinct ’70s-style overdrive – warm, harmonically rich, and smooth. It is designed to enhance high-quality valve amps while preserving clarity, dynamics, and note definition.

When paired with Himmelstrutz amplifiers such as the King Cobra, GOAT AC30s, Gnome, or Space Gnome, it integrates seamlessly – enhancing response and feel rather than masking it.

The result is a responsive, expressive overdrive that follows your playing with precision.

Born in 2004 with FETTO 9.0. Refined in FETTO Nord 70.

FETTO Jr. 70 keeps the core – the feel, the bite, the harmonic push – but strips away the extras. From edge-of-breakup to full singing sustain. Touch sensitive. Amp-like. 70’s in the fingers.

Discrete Class A (PACO) buffer onboard – switchable between True Bypass and Buffer mode. Small box. Serious attitude.

Push Switch

GIMME Mechanical switching for the OVERDRIVE circuit. The slide switch below the output jack selects either True Bypass or the Discrete JFET Class-A buffer.

LED Indicator

Status LED LED turns ON/OFF depending on switch state. LED colour is the colour of the day.

Power

DC Input 9–18 V DC, very low current draw (no internal battery). Optional adapter: 9–18 V DC, centre-negative (BOSS-style, regulated).

Potentiometers

Drive Classic Himmelstrutz amp-like overdrive; from light breakup to heavier textures (never Metal).
Tone Passive high-frequency control.
Volume Output level – as loud as you'll ever need.
