After a full year of development, transistor testing and obsessive component selection, Berkos FX created the Third Stone Fuzz II with one goal: to build an exceptionally responsive fuzz that feels alive under your fingers.
The heart of the Third Stone is its natural midrange, controllable low end and highly dynamic response. It can move from warm, vintage fuzz to aggressive, explosive saturation while retaining the definition needed to cut through a full band mix.
FROM WARM VINTAGE FUZZ TO FULL-ON EXPLOSION
The Sun control adjusts the gain, taking the pedal from subtle fuzz textures to huge, saturated and explosive tones.
The Earth control shapes the low end. Turn it counterclockwise to reduce bass, tighten the response and bring the mids forward – particularly useful for live playing or pushing an already driven amplifier.
The Volume control sets the overall output level and also acts as the battery on/off control for the fuzz circuit, meaning you don’t need to unplug the input cable when the pedal is not in use.
FOUR VOICING OPTIONS
EXP – Warmer, lower-gain and more organic.
AXIS – More aggressive with increased gain and bite.
MID – Adds a midrange boost for extra presence and cut.
BASS – Opens up the low end for a bigger, fuller fuzz sound.
